Please take note that herb availability will be updated at the beginning of every week. Those herbs which are not currently available  will appear as "out of stock." Availability will be dependent on season, growing conditions, etc.

Please note that currently the maximum plant order weight for direct payment on our website is 30kg. If your plant order exceeds this weight please contact us directly so we can send you a quote for your plant order including the courier fee.

*All herbs orders placed on or before Monday will be shipped that week, orders placed after Monday of each week will be shipped the following Monday. Exceptions include orders from major cities, whereby orders will be shipped Monday - Tuesday of each week. This is to ensure that plants in transit are delivered on a week day and are not stored in a courier depot over weekends when courier services are suspended.

* Please note that we use a third party courier service to deliver your plants. While we take every precaution to protect the plants from mishandling while in transit, we have no control on how your plant order is handled after collection. If plants arrive damaged, we recommend that they are planted out immediately. Herbs are generally very hardy and will recover from light damage.

• In the event that plants arrive dead or seriously damaged, please contact us and we will refund you for the losses or in certain cases arrange replacement plants.
